➔ If you choose to return your unredeemed voucher, DealBang will refund only the purchase price of the voucher if received within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. If the period of 7 days has lapsed, refund will be made in the form of credit to your account which can be used against any purchases made at DealBang. Exceptional situations will be dealt with on a case by case basis and only uptil 180 days from the date of purchase.
➔ If you have redeemed your voucher and are not satisfied with your product, service or experience, let us know in writing and we will try our best to rectify the situation.*
➔ In cases where a merchant has ceased operations and you are left with an unredeemed voucher, and you contact us within 180 days, we will credit your account with DealBang Credits equal to the amount paid. DealBang Credits never expire and can be used towards the purchase on any item from our site. Refunds are not available for expired vouchers.
➔ Please always read the buying details of the deal as it may supercede our Refund Policy in case of event-related deals or product deals.
We also reserve the right to look into any suspicious returns. So if you are constantly returning your vouchers, we’ll look into it and if we think you are abusing our policies, we might not offer additional refunds and might block you from making any additional purchases on the site.
