DealBang is seeking dynamic individuals with strong relationship building skills for the position of Account managers to generate new business and manage existing accounts. 
Candidates must be self motivated, creative, hard working and enthusiastic about generating new ideas and leads. The potential candidate should be comfortable closing deals with new merchants and suppliers and must do so keeping in mind the benefit of the merchants so that a trustworthy relationship is build and they are willing to do business with us in the long term. 
•Primary Responsibilities Set up deals with merchants and suppliers in allocated territories. 
•Tracking daily performance to ensure targets are achieved. 
•Negotiate favourable terms of agreement both for the company and the suppliers and other parties. 
•Identify and close deals that are unique and can attract new customers and can also bring repeat purchases.
•Meet and exceed marketing goals while building and maintaining relationships with merchants.
•Create awareness among the merchants about the power of online advertising and daily deals.
•Generate and follow up on leads.
•Making outbound calls to prospects, Handling inbound calls and inquiries.
•Prior sales experience and evidence of successful record of phone sales.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Must be computer savy.
•Fluent in written and spoken English. Post-secondary education with drive to succeed in entrepreneurial environment.
 An understanding of the e-commerce business model must have high level of drive, self confidence and determination.

Internship in Internet Marketing & Graphic Design1 Year

With the help of internet and Performance-Based Marketing, firms are able to create a niche for themselves and we strive to expand by making the best use of internet marketing and business administration side and hence, we are looking for individuals who are willing to work with us for the above mentioned position.

Major Responsibilities:

Ability to work under the guidance of an Internet marketing specialist for the development and integration of Social Media, Pay Per Click (PPC) and Organic marketing strategies for the organization

Implementing and constantly developing comprehensive keyword lists manually and/or in bid management tools

Research and implement reciprocal linking campaigns

Landing page testing and tracking

Stay up to date about trends & techniques in the Internet marketing industry and making a constant study about the competitors’ marketing strategies

Internal CMS and Order Management System

Administration responsibilities including customer service and support

Creative responsibilities including the development of images, creative writing for various deals and similar activities for website enhancement.


Thorough knowledge of Internet and Search Engine use such as Google, Yahoo and Bing
Search engine marketing, organic marketing, PPC marketing, or training in marketing, advertising or communications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ideal candidates will be very detailed-oriented, flexible, have strong organizational & creative problem solving skills.
Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast paced team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Strong writing skills are an asset
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is an asset

Duration of Internship: 3 months

Compensation: $300/month
